One of my favorite childhood memories is of my parents taking the family to the north shore in Minnesota every Autumn to see the amazing display of fall colors. I looked forward to it every year - hiking, sitting by the bonfire, staring at the waves of Lake Superior, and most of all, skipping rocks across the water. To this day, the North Shore has been my go-to place where I can clear my mind and gain focus on things that are important in my life. For that reason, the name “Skip Rock Consulting” was born; bringing that clarity and focus to associations and small businesses by helping teams develop their highest potential through addressing culture and organizational vision.
